Our Policy

We strive to provide a personalized, positive experience for every client. When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We also understand that sometimes, unexpected delays may occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request at least 24-hours in advance so that we have the opportunity to schedule another appointment.


Cancellations made one or more days in advance of the appointment will incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24-hours from the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, a cancellation fee may apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
