Spa Etiquette and Policies
As common courtesy, please allow a 24 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If you No Show or Cancel the day of, you will be charged 50% of the booked service price.
Because we wish for everyone to have a lovely, relaxing experience we ask that you keep all devices on silent. We also respectfully ask for you to please inquire ahead of time if you wish to bring your children so that we can make sure there are not any conflicting services scheduled at that time.
